Project Description
We were contacted by a property management company who were responsible for managing the upkeep of some private land containing a number of Herts County Council Public Footpaths. Following an increasing number of complaints regarding accessibility of these footpaths they enlisted our help to not only tame the overgrown brambles, nettles and grass encroaching on the ground level, but also the number of fallen branches and low growing trees and shrubs that were limiting free passage.
We spent a day using our tracked flail to widen and reclaim these footpaths and restore the access for the use of local dog walkers and ramblers. With its low ground pressure, this machine is ideal for taming long and overgrown grass, meadow and scrub areas, and also for cutting rough, soft or hilly ground.
