Project Description

Following a prolonged period of wet weather, the turf on this recently landscaped development had suffered and become thin, weak, unsightly and muddy. The developer thought that it was going to be necessary to re-turf the entire area as they were keen to have it looking its best prior to completion of development works and new residents moving in. After consulting us, we assured them that restoration of the existing lawns was far more cost effective, and through a programme of base fertilisation, over seeding and improved management and mowing we were able to restore the lawns back to their former glory to the satisfaction (and relief) of the client.
