Garden Clearance for Property Management Company in Enfield

This was a small clearance and turfing job which we carried out in Enfield on behalf of a property management company. The previous tenants had moved out leaving the garden completely neglected and overgrown. The new tenants had moved in but had requested that the garden be sorted out. The garden was so overgrown, that when we initially went in to measure up for the turfing, and checkout the garden in order to provide an estimate, we didn’t notice that there was a concrete pathway running up the centre of the garden. After the initial clearance and the unexpected removal of the hidden pathway, we laid the fresh turf much to the delight of the new tenant, who was incredibly excited at the prospect of being able to play football in the garden with his son.
